How long will my order take?

All custom sizing and embroidery are made to order so please allow two weeks for it to be made.

What if i want a custom size that is not offered?

We will always try to accommodate any ideas you might have so don't hesitate to get in touch.

What if i want an embroidery colour that is not offered?

We'd love to work with you so you can get exactly what you would like.

I forgot to fill out what i would like at checkout...

Can i have my own doodle?

Unfortunately not sorry!

Is there a limit to how many words i can have?

Two words maximum but if you would like something special just get in touch.

How do i care for my garment?

Please wash cool to take care of the hand embroidery and don't iron on the design.

My custom order doesn't fit, can i return it?

Unfortunately anything made to order is not returnable, there is a size chart on each style so please make sure you check before ordering.
